Corak's Notes

The Eye Master has built his kingdom deep within Evil Eye Forest, surrounding himself with Mini Dragons and Mystic Clouds. He guards three artefacts said to bring luck and fortune — and something far more precious: the statue of Golden Mane, which can bestow all the skills of Terra upon the party. Stone lions stand watch at every passage, demanding correct answers to their riddles. Two King's Ultimate Power Orbs rest in the depths of the dungeon.

Monsters in the area: Evil Eyes, Mini Dragons, Mystic Clouds · Boss: Eye Master Halls of Insanity is located in world map area A3 — Evil Eye Forest. Entry requires the Green Eyeball Key from Cyclops Cavern (X23 Y23).

• 4Chest containing Hologram Sequencing Card 002, plus 666 gold and 666 gems.
• 5Statue of Golden Mane — deposit 100,000 gold to grant one party member all skills in Terra (including Thievery).

You need the Green Eyeball Key to enter. It is found in Cyclops Cavern at X23 Y23.

The entrance is guarded by stone lion statues with riddles engraved on their bases. The answers can be found in the Puzzle Spoilers section (spoiler 8). Correct answers open the way to the inner chambers — without them the passages are blocked.

In the northwest chamber (beyond the Blink of Destruction) stands the statue of Golden Mane (point 5). Deposit 100,000 gold into the lion's mouth and a chosen party member gains all skills. This is the best opportunity in the entire game to fill skill gaps — especially valuable for a character missing hard-to-find or very expensive skills.

The King's Ultimate Power Orbs (points 2 and 3) lie beyond further obstacles deep in the dungeon. The Eye Master guards his treasures — he has a lot of HP and a ranged attack, so focus fire on him before he can cause serious damage. His servants, Mini Dragons and Mystic Clouds, are dangerous especially in groups.

Hologram Sequencing Card 002 (point 4) is in a chest together with an unusual amount of gold (666 pieces) and gems (666 pieces) — the character of this place is consistent, it seems. Other chests here are worth checking too: some contain gold and gems in similar amounts, and one holds 1,000,000 gold.

Once you have collected the Orbs and the Card, you are done here. The Eye Master will not return.
